On the morning of August 7, 2019, under the leadership of the Qinhuai District General Branch of the China Democratic Construction Association, Chen Gan, Secretary General of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Construction Association, Chen Haibo, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Qinhuai District Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xie Zhiming, Director of the Political Consultative Conference Working Committee of Ruijinlu Street, Liu Minglai, Chairman of the Qinhuai District General Branch of the China Democratic Construction Association, Wang Jinning, Chairman of the Shengqinghe Charity Fund Council of the China Democratic Construction Association, and Chairman of the Qinhuai District Comprehensive Fifth Branch of the China Democratic Construction Association, went to Zhongshan Gate Community in Qinhuai District to carry out the ".
