Lin Tao, the Secretary of the District Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, while the Deputy Secretary and Acting District Chief Si Yong made work arrangements. All district leaders, responsible comrades from relevant units, and over 300 private entrepreneurs attended the meeting, with some representatives of private entrepreneurs sitting on the podium.
