Nanjing Shengqinghe Chemical Co., Ltd. - formerly known as Nanjing "Qinghe Lacquer Factory" founded in 1946; In 1956, the public-private partnership was merged into Nanjing Chemical Raw Materials Corporation; Starting a new business in 1984; In 1998, it was changed to its current name and now specializes in providing hazardous chemical supply chain services, providing customers with hazardous chemical logistics, warehousing, and financial support. It is the vice chairman unit of the Nanjing Association for the Management of Highly Toxic and Explosive Chemicals; Vice Chairman Unit of Nanjing Association for the Management of Precursor Chemicals; Vice President Enterprise of Nanjing Chemical Business Association.
