Sodium metasilicate is an inorganic, chemical formula is Na2SiO3, colorless crystal, anhydrous, five water, nine water and so on. Sodium metasilicate is a low molecular crystal prepared by hydrothermal reaction of common foaming alkali and caustic soda. The commodities include anhydrous, pentahydrate and nonahydrate. Application areas

Main purpose:

 

1. Mainly used for washing powder, metal cleaning agent, tableware washing in the efficient additives. Used for cotton yarn cooking. Also used for old paper to ink, printing decontamination, vegetable oil recycling. and can be used as a stabilizer for peroxide bleaching.

 

Sodium metasilicate can also be added to the aluminum and alloy weak alkaline chemical oxidation liquid to improve the quality of the oxide film. In the electrolyte used for galvanizing, attention should be paid to the iron content in the application, otherwise the iron impurities in the galvanizing electrolyte will be too much, which will affect the quality of the coating. It can also be used for the post-treatment of galvanized steel sheet.
