Basic information

CuCl is a kind of inorganic, chemical formula CuCl, white cubic crystal or white powder, insoluble in water, soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid to generate chlorine cuprous acid, soluble in ammonia to generate two ammonia chloride cuprous, insoluble in ethanol. Used as a catalyst, fungicide, mordant, decolorant; metallurgical industry; in gas analysis for the determination of carbon monoxide and acetylene.

Packaging, transportation and safety

Should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry, dark warehouse. The container must be sealed to prevent moisture. Do not store and mix with food items and oxidants. During transportation, it is necessary to prevent rain and sunlight. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent deliquescence due to damaged packaging. The shelf life is three months. In case of fire, water, sand and various fire extinguishers can be used to put out the fire.
