Purchase Process of Explosive Chemicals

3. Report after purchase
The sales staff will place an order to the purchasing unit after the information is checked as required, and the purchasing unit does not need any operation at this time. Within five days after the arrival of the goods, the purchased goods and quantity and other information shall be reported to the management unit according to the requirements of the local competent department.
Note: ① For users who are not purchasing explosive for the first time, customers who have retained their qualifications and have not changed their qualifications do not need to provide the business license of the unit again, but the contract, legal instructions for use and other information are required. For those who change the handling person, a copy of the ID card and a letter of introduction of the new handling person must be provided again.
② For sales to business units, sales shall be carried out in strict accordance with the varieties of dangerous goods business license, it is strictly prohibited to operate beyond the scope, and attention shall be paid to updating the dangerous goods business license in a timely manner.
③ Strengthen the management of explosive hazardous chemicals, implement the entry and exit registration system, and timely do a good job in the security management system of dangerous goods.
④ Customers who use the public security system must ensure that their system has been approved by the public security organ and the system settings are correct. And pay attention to the purchase quantity does not exceed their actual and system inventory capacity, put an end to the phenomenon of unable to put into storage.
