Potassium dihydrogen phosphate
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, an inorganic compound, appears as a white crystalline or amorphous white powder, easily soluble in water. The aqueous solution is slightly alkaline and slightly soluble in alcohols. It has hygroscopicity and self dissolves at high temperatures. At a relative density of 2.338204 ℃, the molecules undergo dehydration and conversion to potassium pyrophosphate. The pH value of a 1% aqueous solution is 8.9. Mainly used in medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture, and the production of potassium pyrophosphate.
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is a chemical with the chemical formula KH2PO4. Has deliquescence. When heated to 400 ℃, it melts into a transparent liquid and solidifies into an opaque glassy potassium metaphosphate after cooling. Stable in air, soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. Used as buffering agents and culture agents in industry; It is also used as a seasoning for the synthesis of sake as a bacterial culture agent, a raw material for the production of potassium metaphosphate, a culture agent, fortifier, leavening agent, and fermentation aid for brewing yeast. Used as a high-efficiency phosphate potassium compound fertilizer in agriculture.
