BOE buffer oxide etching solution
BOE(Buffered Oxide Etch), buffered oxide etching solution. It is made by mixing hydrofluoric acid (49%) with water or ammonium fluoride with water.
Sodium hydroxide
Commonly known as caustic soda, caustic soda, caustic soda, is a strong corrosive alkali, generally flake or particle form, soluble in water (heat when dissolved in water) and the formation of alkaline solution, and deliquescence, easy to absorb water vapor and carbon dioxide in the air.
Hydrofluoric acid
An aqueous solution of hydrogen fluoride gas, a clear, colorless, fuming, corrosive liquid with a strong pungent odor. Because the ability of hydrogen atoms and fluorine atoms is relatively strong, so that hydrofluoric acid in water can not be completely ionized, so the theory of low concentration of hydrofluoric acid is a weak acid. It is extremely corrosive and can strongly corrode metal, glass and silicon-containing objects.
EL grade hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide (chemical formula: H2O2), pure hydrogen peroxide is a light blue viscous liquid, miscible with water in any proportion, is a strong oxidant, aqueous solution commonly known as hydrogen peroxide, is a colorless transparent liquid. Its aqueous solution is suitable for medical wound disinfection and environmental disinfection and food disinfection. Under normal circumstances, it will slowly decompose into water and oxygen, but the decomposition rate is extremely slow. The way to speed up the reaction is to add a catalyst-manganese dioxide, etc. or to irradiate with short-wave rays.
EL grade sulfuric acid
Sulfuric acid (chemical formula: H2SO4), the most important oxyacid of sulfur. Anhydrous sulfuric acid is a colorless oily liquid, which crystallizes at 10.36 ℃. Its aqueous solutions of various concentrations are usually used and are obtained by tower method and contact method. The former is crude dilute sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of about 75%. The latter can obtain concentrated sulfuric acid with a mass fraction of 98.3, boiling point of 338 ℃, and relative density of 1.84
EL grade absolute ethanol
Colorless clear liquid. It smells of burning. Easy to flow. Easily from the air to absorb moisture, with water and chloroform, ether and other organic solvents in any proportion of mutual solubility. Able to form an azeotropic mixture with water (water content 4.43%), azeotropic point 78.15 ℃. Relative density (d204)0.789. Melting point -114.1 ℃. Boiling point 78.5 ℃. Refractive index (N20D) 1.361. The flash point when the cup is closed (the temperature when the combustible gas is heated and volatilized in a container with a specified structure is mixed with the air near the liquid surface and can be ignited by Mars when reaching a certain concentration) 13 ℃. Flammable. Vapor and air can form explosive mixture, explosion limit 3.5~18.0 (volume)
EL Grade Isopropyl Alcohol
An organic compound, an isomer of n-propanol, alias dimethyl methanol, 2-propanol, also known as IPA in the industry. Colorless transparent liquid, like a mixture of ethanol and acetone odor. Soluble in water, also soluble in alcohol, ether, benzene, chloroform and other organic solvents. Isopropanol is an important chemical product and raw material. Mainly used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics, spices, coatings, etc.
