Cleaning agent class
Sodium metabisulfite
White or yellow crystalline powder or small crystals, with a strong SO2 odor, specific gravity of 1.4, soluble in water. The aqueous solution is acidic, and when in contact with strong acids, SO2 is released to form corresponding salts. If left in the air for a long time, it oxidizes to Na2S2O6, so this product cannot be stored for a long time.
Biological oxidase
Biological bacterial enzyme BN is a unique formula of nitrogen, enzymes, and organic acids that can stimulate aerobic beneficial bacteria to decompose organic matter in wastewater, promote microbial reproduction, improve microbial oxidation and decomposition ability of pollutants, and shield chemical residues from toxicity to microorganisms.
Decolorizing agent
A colorant is a substance that can remove useless dye groups from certain wastewater or substances.
COD fungicide
A biological microbial agent that consumes organic matter in wastewater through the iterative reproduction of microorganisms, thereby purifying water quality, improving water quality environment, and reducing the biosphere damage caused by high concentration pollutant wastewater flowing into rivers. COD removal agents need to be added in a reasonable sewage treatment process before they can be used, and at the same time, the water quality after treatment will not cause secondary pollution.
polyacrylamide
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear polymer, mainly available in two forms: dry powder and colloid. According to their average molecular weight, they can be divided into three categories: low molecular weight (<1 million), medium molecular weight (2-4 million), and high molecular weight (>7 million). According to its structure, it can be divided into non-ionic, anionic, and cationic types. The anionic type is mostly PAM water splitting (HPAM). Polyacrylamide has a large number of amide groups on its main chain, which has high chemical activity and can be modified to produce many derivatives of polyacrylamide. The products have been widely used in industries such as papermaking, mineral processing, oil extraction, metallurgy, building materials, and sewage treatment. Polyacrylamide, as a lubricant, suspension agent, clay stabilizer, oil displacement agent, fluid loss agent, and thickener, has been widely used in drilling, acidification, fracturing, water plugging, cementing, secondary oil recovery, and tertiary oil recovery. It is an extremely important oilfield chemical.
Acetone oxime
Acetone oxime is an organic compound with the molecular formula C3H7NO and white needle shaped crystals. Easy to dissolve in water, ethanol, ether, and acetone, soluble in acids and bases, and easily hydrolyzed in dilute acids. It evaporates quickly in the air.
Trisodium phosphate
One of the CAS numbers for trisodium phosphate is 7601-54-9 [1], also known as Trisodium phosphate in English. Trisodium phosphate can be considered as a product obtained by replacing all three hydrogen ions H+in its molecular formula with three metal sodium atoms Na, based on H3PO4 phosphate as the parent material. Because H3PO4 phosphate is a ternary acid, its molecular formula contains three hydrogen ions that can be replaced by metal elements.
Sodium tripolyphosphate
Sodium tripolyphosphate is formed by neutralizing phosphoric acid with soda ash to form sodium orthophosphate, which is then condensed. There are two methods for producing phosphoric acid: wet method and hot method. Wet method is to react phosphate ore with inorganic acid (usually sulfuric acid, but hydrochloric acid can also be used), extract and refine them to obtain phosphoric acid. Thermal method is to roast phosphate ore together with coke and silica in an electric furnace, reduce phosphate minerals to phosphorus, and then oxidize and hydrate to obtain phosphoric acid.
