Phosphorus pentoxide
Produced by the combustion of phosphorus in oxygen, with the chemical formula P2O5. White amorphous powder or hexagonal crystal. Highly hygroscopic. Sublimation at 300 ℃. Not burning. Dissolving in water generates a large amount of heat and produces phosphoric acid, which reacts with ethanol similarly to water. The relative density is 2.30. Melting point 340 ℃. Acidic oxides are corrosive and should not be touched or consumed directly by hand, nor smelled directly.
Sodium hexametaphosphate
It refers to the hexamer (NaPO3) 6. Sodium hexametaphosphate is a mixture of various polyphosphates, namely sodium polyphosphate, and hexamer is one of them. Formerly known as' Graham 'salt. Discovered by Graham in 1832. He heated the salt obtained by dehydrating sodium dihydrogen phosphate at its melting point (625 ℃) and rapidly cooled the melt to produce hygroscopic Graham salt.
Polyformaldehyde
Linear polymer of formaldehyde. Without a fixed melting point, it decomposes upon heating. Melting point of 120-170 ℃. Easy to dissolve in hot water and release formaldehyde, slowly soluble in cold water, soluble in caustic soda and alkali metal carbonate solutions, insoluble in alcohols and ethers, and highly polymer insoluble in water.
Potassium hydroxide
Potassium hydroxide (chemical formula: KOH, formula: 56.1) is a white powder or flaky solid. Melting point 380 ℃, boiling point 1324 ℃, relative density 2.04g/cm3, refractive index n20/D1.421, vapor pressure 1mmHg (719 ℃). Its properties are similar to caustic soda, with strong alkalinity and corrosiveness. The pH of a 0.1mol/L solution is 13.5. Highly susceptible to absorbing moisture from the air and deliquescence, absorbing carbon dioxide to form potassium carbonate. Dissolve in approximately 0.6 parts hot water, 0.9 parts cold water, 3 parts ethanol, 2.5 parts glycerol, and slightly soluble in ether. When dissolved in water, alcohol, or treated with acid, a large amount of heat is generated. Moderate toxicity, LD50 (rat, oral) 1230mg/kg.
Sodium metabisulfite
White or yellow crystalline powder or small crystals, with a strong SO2 odor, specific gravity of 1.4, soluble in water. The aqueous solution is acidic, and when in contact with strong acids, SO2 is released to form corresponding salts. If left in the air for a long time, it oxidizes to Na2S2O6, so this product cannot be stored for a long time.
Biological oxidase
Biological bacterial enzyme BN is a unique formula of nitrogen, enzymes, and organic acids that can stimulate aerobic beneficial bacteria to decompose organic matter in wastewater, promote microbial reproduction, improve microbial oxidation and decomposition ability of pollutants, and shield chemical residues from toxicity to microorganisms.
Decolorizing agent
A colorant is a substance that can remove useless dye groups from certain wastewater or substances.
COD fungicide
A biological microbial agent that consumes organic matter in wastewater through the iterative reproduction of microorganisms, thereby purifying water quality, improving water quality environment, and reducing the biosphere damage caused by high concentration pollutant wastewater flowing into rivers. COD removal agents need to be added in a reasonable sewage treatment process before they can be used, and at the same time, the water quality after treatment will not cause secondary pollution.
polyacrylamide
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear polymer, mainly available in two forms: dry powder and colloid. According to their average molecular weight, they can be divided into three categories: low molecular weight (<1 million), medium molecular weight (2-4 million), and high molecular weight (>7 million). According to its structure, it can be divided into non-ionic, anionic, and cationic types. The anionic type is mostly PAM water splitting (HPAM). Polyacrylamide has a large number of amide groups on its main chain, which has high chemical activity and can be modified to produce many derivatives of polyacrylamide. The products have been widely used in industries such as papermaking, mineral processing, oil extraction, metallurgy, building materials, and sewage treatment. Polyacrylamide, as a lubricant, suspension agent, clay stabilizer, oil displacement agent, fluid loss agent, and thickener, has been widely used in drilling, acidification, fracturing, water plugging, cementing, secondary oil recovery, and tertiary oil recovery. It is an extremely important oilfield chemical.
